Role Overview

As a Senior Unity Developer, you will be responsible for implementing exceptional game experiences using Unity, in both 2D and 3D. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives on problem-solving, has an eye for detail, and lives to deliver extraordinary gaming magic.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement 2D and 3D games in a sports-related genre.

• Design scalable, maintainable, and efficient game architecture and processes.

• Identify opportunities to use generative AI throughout the development pipeline

• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and other developers to create seamless user experiences.

• Optimize game performance, ensuring compatibility and smooth gameplay across various devices and platforms.

• Identify and address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.

• Stay updated with the latest Unity features, tools, and industry trends to integrate cutting-edge technology into projects.

• Design self-testing gameplay logic

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in Unity development.

• Proven track record of shipping successful games or interactive projects using Unity.

• Experience and  using AI tools

• Strong understanding of game development concepts: gameplay mechanics, physics, animations, rendering pipelines, and asset workflows.

• Experience with mobile game development.

• Expertise in performance profiling and optimization techniques.

• Proficiency in debugging, problem-solving, and delivering clean, high-quality code.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Unity DOTS, ECS a plus

• Experience with Photon Quantum, or other netcode, a plus
